I wish I was a college art student right now.

Great show…these guys were just remarkably candid, talking in between songs, having an in-promptu prayer for the act before them, changing the set order, just…going with it all. It was great.

I’ve spent two weekends in the lovely town of Dewey Beach, Delaware.

These are the lessons learned at Dewey:

• everyone knows everyone, and if you don’t when you get there, you will when you leave
• calling someone “buddy” at Dewey makes them think they’ve met you before, and pissed off because they can’t remember..all while trying to act like they do
• its not who you know, but who’s with you when you first meet someone new
  most of the people I met over the weekend I met with Krumm by and so they either assumed that i was really cool or hitting on them…right off the bat
• Drinking is done between the hours of 10am and 9:50 am
• No one actually goes to the beach itself
• Cougars run wild and they do in fact have claws and teeth
  once they pounce on their prey..much like lions and leopards they will parade with that prey, in mouth, in a circle around the bar to show everyone their great catch

As the witty and clever title suggests, it was my first time to Monument Park and second time to Yankee Stadium before they shut it down in lieu of a better, more lavish $1.3 billion park.

The Yanks won 15-6, which was a far cry from the first time I went there when they lost 12-0.
