Changes for the future, better Chris

After an ugly bout with the flu (I won) I’ve made a list of things I want to change in my life. Part of this future, better Chris.

Usually after I’m sick I make some sort of list like this one. Regaining my health gives me a healthy appreciation for it.

With that…changes to make:

  • No fast food (admittedly I don’t often eat it but having a no on the matter helps)
  • Eating less at restaurants (admittedly on the other end…I eat out way too much)
  • Cooking more (makes sense once you remove the 2nd)
  • Canoe/kayak/boat….more. (I love the water, why have I not taken the time to be out there more?)
  • Organize my rooms, get rid of things (I really have too much crap; there’s no need for a lot of the clutter)
  • Establish a more solid morning ritual (Right now it consists of breakfast, TV and occasionally working out, it needs to be better)
  • No donuts (my inner fat kid loves donuts but I shouldn’t eat them)
  • Eat more pineapple
  • Drink more teas

Those are good, basic things I can accomplish…and though the impact won’t be an extreme one on my life, sometimes the best decisions aren’t very drastic.
