Through the power of Twitter of all things, I have been invited as a guest speaker at Communications High School in Wall NJ to talk to kids about the real world. I’m set to come Wednesday, May 27th.
I’ll be speaking to 3 classes: 1 journalism, 2 web design. 
My office has been great in giving me this time to visit. I’m really appreciative of them letting me take this to give back.
My start in this field, in media in general came through Polytech, my vocational high school. In Radio/TV I grew an interest for this profession. I attribute my start in this field to the classes there.
After high school an internship, then college newspaper, then the Delaware State News, some freelance work throughout, now the News Journal.
Its my turn to give back and I couldn’t be more excited about it.
