1- Figure out where you’ll be most comfortable working out. If you do music videos in the morning, set up your “weight room” by the tv. If you have an MP3 player, make a playlist of the most energetic music you can listen to. Personally, I bought a 1GB Sansa Clip for solely that reason.

That’s What She Said plays 40 Acre Shakers tonight in the DSL Kickball playoffs.
I’ll be honest, we’ll probably get slapped silly tonight, but we did win on Saturday so there’s hope!
Game time is 5:30 at Rockford park, right after us is our old…Washington St. Ale House against some better team. haha
